Process for Bugnizer

Hi crblink-rotation,

It's my first rotation on the Bugnizer, and I found the links in crblink-rotation process doesn't work.

I think this link shows open issues for `Chromium > Blink`:

But I'm not sure how to handle `Needs=Feedback` and `Needs=Reduction`.

Has anyone found how to apply these labels, or filter by them?

I updated the queries. There is no needs reduction label anymore. The needs feedback 
Is hotlistid:5433459 so the query should be updated.

I updated the message in the rotation late last week to point to https://www.chromium.org/blink/blink-triaging/ which is the maintained site, the internal google site is now read only, and very much out of date post issue tracker migration. The queries there I believe are now correct, though per Dave's reply here we could likely remove the reduction label, which is now again included (and should do no harm).

If others still get emails from the rotation that point to the old outdate internal site page, please let me know and I'll see what more needs to be done to make that stop.
