Building Crashpad on Linux with gcc instead of clang++

Is this possible? If so, how does this need to be configured? https://chromium.googlesource.com/crashpad/crashpad/+/5b83e587/doc/developing.md notes that it's possible to do this on Android, but doesn't talk about non-Android Linux. The build system I'm working with requires gcc so clang++ is not an option.

This isn't a build configuration we maintain, but I don't think there's any reason it shouldn't be possible.
