Access to detail reports

Hey all,

I am auto cc'ed to e.g. Blink>JavaScript>GarbageCollection and Blink>GarbageCollection but often cannot access the details page without assigning myself as owner. Example bug.

Can this access be granted, as often these issues crash in the GC but should really be re-triaged.

Also, did this work in the past? I have the feeling that I was able to open the details page when being cc'ed on the bug itself.

You can open the details page if it is a functional bug. Security bugs are intentionally restricted due to security reasons. But you will be able to access testcase report if you are in cc list or owner, what error did you get. Can you explicitly try just adding yourself in cc and see if access works ?

I am getting

You (email=mlip...@chromium.org) are not authorized to access this page!

I can download the "Reproducer Testcase" but not open the details page for security bugs but not open the details page.

Being on auto-cc also means I cannot explicitly add myself to cc. Is this part of the problem?
