Commit message:
[remoting] Update MAGI docs to mandate use of .temp/ for interim files
Update SKILL.md and SKILL_TEST.md to indicate that interim files
generated during protocol execution or testing should be placed in a
dedicated subfolder (`remoting/tools/magi-mode/.temp/`) to avoid
permission prompts outside the workspace.
Also added a rule to ensure these files are cleaned up by the agent.
