I'd like to share that a recent revamp of Chrome OS media player reduced 1700+ lines of code thanks to Polymer + MD.
Thank you Polymer and all efforts which made it available in Chrome!

I've realized that over 1700 lines of code are reduced in built-in media players.
They have been simplified thanks to Polymer framework's data binding, Polymer elements, and UI changes which follow standardized Material Design.
