[!] Breaking changes in <paper-icon-button>

Hello,

if you use <paper-icon-button> with customized padding and/or width, then your buttons' layout might have been broken by recent Polymer update (https://codereview.chromium.org/1410143002). Chromium issue is http://crbug.com/546436, feel free to change title/fields if you are affected.

If you use <paper-icon-button> with non-default width and/or padding, please examine your UI and fix the layout (if needed).
