Hello,
I tried building Chromium 83.0.4103.61 with Python 3.7 instead of Python 2.7 but that failed because StringIO is part of the package io since version 3.0. Are there any plans to support python 3, especially because python 2 is end-of-life since 2020 and distributions are phasing python 2 out?
Thanks,
René

For the record, I think https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=941669 is also relevant. Additionally, searching for "Proj=Python3Migration" yields several other results covering the required changes to infrastructure and tooling.
