Access to Chrome Optimization Guide Service for distro builds?

Is it possible for our API keys to gain access to the Optimization
Guide Service? It appears to be needed by the
TFLiteLanguageDetectionEnabled feature, which allows Chromium to
detect a page's language and show the translation bubble. [1]

Hello,

Currently, it's not possible for non-Chrome browsers to get access to the Optimization Guide Service. As pointed on the linked bug, disabling the "TFLiteLanguageDetectionEnabled" feature would make the browser fallback to the cld3 model for language identification and it should be sufficient for triggering the translate.
