no play store on acer chromebook 14 (CB3-431)

Hi guys,

I just opened my new chromebook, logged in and noticed that I dont have play store available on it. I logged on my account that I've been using for 3 years and, prior to this chromebook, I used old toshiba that didnt support android apps. Could you help please?  Software is updated, I even tried to go to beta, didnt help.

What is the actual Chrome OS Version that the Chromebook is running? 

Please go to chrome://version and copy-paste the first five lines in a reply back.

I also have the same Chromebook and it is impossible to use the playstore with this Chromebook (Acer CB3-431).

Please advise?

Costco has this 14 inch Acer in the store for $229. But no play
store? Out of stock for warehouse shipping.
