This is a good place to report them where they have a chance to be seen by the chromeOS team.

The Chromebook forum might be another place, but it is staffed by volunteers like me who rely only on past experiences.

It's usually always a good idea to file a feedback report when you encounter a problem using the key-combo Alt+Shift+i and try to explain the issue, using the hashtag #crostini might help narrow down the expertise needed.

Also, you can file a bug on the IssueTracker, using this link will also help them narrow down the component.
