Enable dev mode on Chromium os

Hi i am a noob to chromium OS and i was wondering if their was a way to enable chromium OS developer mode. if so pleas send me an email because i want to install Ubuntu along side chromium os. my email is = parr...@gmail.com

do you have a real Chromebook running Chrome OS ?  if so, then every device has dev mode.  please see the docs:
