Questions Regarding Gsoc.

Hello, My name is Ayush. I am interested in Contributing to Chromium in Gsoc. There are some things I am confused about. The things are listed below:- 

1. There are tons of new jargons i am not familiar with like CWV, INP. What should be my main focus?
2. What are the Things that i learn before contributing to Chromium?
3. And where do i find all the code and stuffs?

The technical skills I know :-

• Base language - C++.
• Secondary language - python.
• additional - JS, HTML,CSS, Some React.
• VCS - GIT basics.
