crosh> battery_test throwing errors

I'm not sure what version this started happening in, I'm currently on beta version 14092.13.0 / 93.0.4577.15, but the crosh battery_test command throws a 'Permission denied' error about access to '/dev/cros_ec', see below:

Does 'chronos' need to belong to the 'cros_ec-access' group now, perhaps?
I searched for a crbug in regards to this issue but couldn't find any.

please file a bug via https://issuetracker.google.com/ ... we'll have to decide whether we keep this command in the first place
