Android Apps On Acer CB3-111

Sorry to bother, but I feel like a real rookie, and I think I'm just missing something here. I could use your help. 

I have an Acer CB3-111, which according to the post about Chromebooks that will get access to Android apps, will or should already have that access. However, I can't find where to install the apps or if the machine even has the access. I'm running OS 54.0.2837.0 dev, so I know my OS is up to date. Still, no Android app love.

I'd really appreciate knowing if I'm doing something wrong or just jumping the gun. Thanks in advance for any info you can share!

Any update on this? Looks like it is still in the planned stage, I am curious if it is even planned or if itll be dropped off of the list
