Extensions are not enabled.

I used the hexxeh's latest build of chromium, booted from usb.

Everything went well in the first boot. However, after I reboot
Chromium. every extensions I installed were gone, the Extension button
in the "Tools" menu turned grey out. If you try to install any other
extensions, the system displays a message box, said “Extension
installation failure: Extensions are not enabled.”

I think this is a bug, isn't it? Can someone tell me what is going
on?

Same here. installed the Dec 2011 image i think.  Using HP mini 110.  Also sound is all or nothing...

Can both of you check to see if  Hexxeh's build is saving your preferences? It might be losing your sync settings between reboots.
