My Linux for some reason stopped working on my Chromebook (Pixelbook Go). I cannot open a terminal, my Linux apps are all gone, and when I open crosh and do `vmc` it returns
crosh> vmc
This command is not available.
[ERROR:src/main.rs:184] ERROR: command failed
However, when I click the Linux (Beta) in the Settings I see that it seems to think that Linux is still installed and that I have the option to Remove it.
The three things that might have triggered this:
I updated to the latest ChromeOS (Version 86.0.4240.198 (Official Build) (64-bit))
My Chromebook was managed by an organization and they just released our Chromebooks from our organization.
I removed all the files from my Downloads folder
Would love any thoughts or help that anyone has!
Thanks,
Stanley
