I'm using Chromium OS special version by ArnoldTheBats. i ran the command
/usr/sbin/chromeos-install dst=/dev/sda1

to install Chromium OS on HDD. it checks for bad blocks (read-only test) in HDD but it taks long time then stuck in 23.33% done, 10:100 elapsed. (0/0/0 errors)

How can i skip checking blocks?

EDIT: nevermind. it didn't get stuck. The terminal just stop refreshing and i have to touch the keyboard to make it refresh again

And yet is there a way to skip this step?

Later edit:
I did this an it didn't check for badblocks (X was "a" in my case so --dst /dev/sda )

  sudo chromeos-install --skip_src_removable --dst /dev/sdX
