Compiling Chrome OS with nvidia drivers

I have a geforce screen card that most Linux distros dont play nice with. So i noramaly run them with nomodeset and add the extra drivers. As far as I can tell that option does not exist under Chrome OS at this timeout so how do I go about adding those drivers. Has anybody tried this?

You will probably have to build your own image, and include any extra drivers you have as part of the board overlay or as extra drivers. Here is a good quick start guide:
