How can I merge Android OSP & Chromium OS into a feature-rich platform for all devices to compete with Windows 10?

Since no one likes my idea of a feature-rich Chrome OS by Google to compete with Windows, and that Google has denied releasing a merged Chrome OS & Android operating system, namely Andromeda, how can I merge Chromium OS & Android OSP into a Windows competitor? I want my new "Windows Killer" to have almost the same features as Windows (like command terminals, notepad programs, solitaire, media player, etc.) and have an animated bootscreen, just like Windows. And, also I would like to develop a "server" version of my operating system. How can I do all of this?

I hate to break this to you, but there have been dozens of "Windows killers" created in the last two decades, and the stark majority of them are now basically dead.

See, here's the problem:

  • Creating an OS, even if it's Linux-based, is still a crapton of work. You may think it's easier because you're building off of Android and Chrome OS, but if anything, that would make it harder, because you have to combine two completely unrelated codebases that were built with drastically different goals in mind.
  • Developing a server operating system is, in itself, a big task. You have to pay attention to all the security-related stuff and support a whole lot of use cases.
  • You'd need to support this operating system full-time. Google can do this because they're big and pay a lot of people. Microsoft can do it because they're big and pay a lot of people. For some reason, I don't think a single person could have the resources required to accomplish a feat like this.
And that's not even addressing your "same features" part.

Also, one more thing. Have you ever wondered why everyone hasn't ditched Windows? Because there's an ecosystem. A big ecosystem. This is an ecosystem that took three decades to build, and it's an ecosystem that is only continuing to grow. It's an ecosystem that other OSs still haven't  been able to tap into. (Ever tried to run an AAA game under Wine? Exactly.)

Oh, and then there's copyright. I'm not even going to go there right now...

If creating a "Windows killer" were this easy, everyone would have done it already.
