Chrome OS is missing or damaged

Hello,

This is Sanjib. I am new to this platform. I have a Samsung Chromebook. I had an issue with the screen light on and off. Later this screen light issue has gone but the screen is showing OS is missing or damaged. Please advise.

Something has corrupted the operating system on your Chromebook and you will need to do a recovery. You don't mention the model number or what version of the OS you are on, but it is possible that you can use the network recovery method. You will lose anything you had saved in your download folder and potentially other files as well.

i try to change my motherboard on a hp 14 ca050sa but i see this screen at startup and nothing more happen when hitting keys. USB with chrome image is pluged in. I buy it on aliexpress
