Hello,

We have a handful of Cloudready, now Flex, devices that we have deployed in our school buildings that worked wonderfully last school year but as we are closing in on the new year, we're getting quite a lot of reports of Gmail and other google services refusing to load on the devices. For example, a user will navigate to Gmail and Gmail will require them to log in even though they are logged into their Chromebook, and when they attempt to log in, it will just spin forever or give them an error message stating "That account already exists on this device".

Has anybody else run into this issue lately with Cloudready'd devices?

Thanks

This issue is known and being worked on.  If you need a quicker workaround a powerwash will also do the trick.
