how to build chromium os?

i'm using ubuntu 12.04 and i can't find the source code.
what is the site?
http://src.chromium.org/git/chromiumos.git
seems already closed.

when i run repo init -u https://git.chromium.org/chromiumos/manifest.git
it says:
fatal: unable to start /media/LANCE500/chrome/.repo/repo/main.py
fatal: [Errno 13] Permission denied

what is the problem?

this appears to be a problem in your system. you don't have access to
the local path in question.
