How to enable Ramoops to collect core dump and kernel log

Hi,

I am running the Chromium OS from USB stick, I am using my own 
Chromium image which was build by referring 
http://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/developer-guide#TOC-Building-Chromium-OS 

I observed some crashes. 
I want to collect the kernel logs and Core dump to analyze the issue. 

Please share me the guide or procedure for collecting kernel logs and core dumps. 
And please let me know whether I need to change any settings while building Chromium image.

I can't find anything in /sys/fs/pstore/ or /dev/pstore/ after a crash occurs...

for pstore specifically, remember that your bios has to support it.  if you're using a standard PC BIOS, it probably won't work.
