I have a consistent issue on two different Pixel Book Go's (m3 & Intel i7) where after a while, the OS falls asleep from inactivity but when I wake it up. It takes forever to join Wifi no matter which Wifi Network I'm on. Rarely I have to restart ChromeOs for it to connect.

The only work around, is to go to Wifi Settings or Known Networks and force it to connect a few times.

Do you know model of wireless card these use? If you open a crosh terminal and run `dmesg` it should show in the output if you scroll back a ways.

I ask because there have been some funny bugs with Intel cards when associating with network SSIDs that are broadcasting both 2.4 and 5 GHz with the same name.

Try copying/typing this URL into the address bar and then use control f to search for `network-` and expand network devices and network_event_log which should show you some info.

chrome://system

Expanding the `lspci` entry should have an entry for Network and possibly one for Communication and will probably have a manufacturer next to that which doesn't help narrow down the model but gets you closer.

Sounds like you could be affected by this bug too.

Do you happen to know if your wireless SSID is the same for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz? That seems to consistently cause problems with Intel cards. I ended up modifying my network settings on my router to avoid that and I haven't really had an issue since.
