Dear All,
We would like to does anybody know that weather we can install
(anyways) Open Office 3 (for office utilities) and Thunderbird (as
email client) on machine running Chrome OS ?

The official Chrome OS (which will be preloaded on netbooks designed by Google partners) does not support installation of standalone linux applications.
Chromium OS is an open source project, so you are free to compile and install whatever you want.
