Currently, ChromeOS lacks native, non-Linux, and non-Android replacements

dear [ chromeos-dev-group ] people,

I am writing to formally address critical loss of functionality
resulting from upcoming deprecation of Chrome Apps, specifically
"Caret" and "My Little Password."

Currently, ChromeOS lacks native, non-Linux, and non-Android replacements for:

High-performance, offline-first text editing (Caret). Localized
password-protected ZIP management (My Little Password).

Relying on Linux (Crostini) or Android (ARC) containers is not
sufficient solution for core "Flagship" experience of ChromeOS due to
overhead and very serious integration issues.

I request that Google Engineering provides:

Native Web-API extensions for these use cases
or
integrated system utilities within Files App / ChromeOS Shell.

ChromeOS users require these professional tools to remain productive.

I do see reality that Google prioritizes changes based on telemetry
(data) and mass demand, therefore single request from individual - no
matter how well - educated or logical would rarely shifts GOOGLE
roadmap.

Navigating the technical bureaucracy of massive corporation like
Google can feel like full-time job with very little "return on
investment" for my time.

I do see that I may not avoid "wall of issues" and I have feeling of
wasting my time.

I did receive professional advice to not *fight* management, because
GOOGLE technical "wall" is designed to filter out everyone except
developers.

I wish to make "substantial" thing & progres without stress, here are
COPY of my past two complaints GOOGLE already received, quoting from

before you DELETE that ONE & ONLY one application you shall provide
REPLACEMENT for it [ not LINUX or not ANDROID related ] but just for
your FLAGSHIP OS - chromeOS

it would not be responsible for google to DELETE it without providing
SUFFICIENTLY same or better application, LINUX OS has plenty FREE TEXT
edit utility you can & could use without any restrictions, JUST do
some small adjustment to run in google [ linux ] version chromeOS,

PLEASE do not delete it without providing same or better replacement !!!
