Extension:__MSG_EXTENSION_NAME__ when closing a tab...

I've noticed something strange after the latest stable update channel update. Whenever I close a tab, an extension named __MSG_EXTENSION_NAME__ is showing up for a few seconds in my Ctrl-ESC task list. Is anyone else noticing this? Side note: I have no extensions installed (or enabled).

Please file a new bug at www.crbug.com.

Seems like one of the component extensions is observing tab events and wakes up whenever a tab is closed; this is probably expected. What's strange is that the extension's name isn't showing properly so we should figure what is actually happening.
