GHossTT WIFI !! HElP

i m noticing this things from 2-3 days . firstly i noticed it a month ago but ignored but nOW its its getting farustrating and conitnously..
whenever i turn off my wifi after some seconds it automatically turns on and connects to my WIFI . Bro when i turned it off why it atutomatically gets turned back on itself on..
plus ur chromebook is on . You turn off the lid still still wifi is connected  to chromeboook....believe me or not its its real i tested it with my hotspot and router tooo it happens .. i cant turn off wifi .. lol..when screen lid is closed still even it's connected to the wifi....PlzZZ helpppp meeee...when using chromebook u turn off wifi it automatticlally turns and connnects...same when lid is closed (sleep mode) this thing happens..
i have tried powerwash restart even turned off automattically connect to this wifi but still if the network is in range wifi gets on.. its  like wifi off but still backgrnd scanning networks and when a connection is in range it turns on and connnects/x_x\..it also drains battery .. if u r thinking thats problem with my wifi so its not...wifi works get connects too too much fine (even when not needed ) lol..so router fine and chromebooks wifi adapter super ultra pro max fine...HelllPP mee
