usb not reading HELP

iv plugged in my q1 mp3 player in to my chromebook 13 and it wont let me delete files or add any files into the mp3

That's bug 413541, I believe: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=413541

If bug description is correct you'll need ChromeOS 44+ for write support.
