The board is incorrect and the numbers and letter this is my chromebook real board and letters/number: RELM D25-G7A-L4H-O2W-S5K
This is what it shows: BLUEBIRD C4B-A3B-C3Q-39R-A23 that's not correct

You can change what image you're getting on the previous screen. With that utility you can download a boot image for any Chromebook. You can get it through the chrome browser on a MacBook if that's you have available but can get the recovery image of any Chromebook.
