Hello i am using this version told above and i need help..
can i download apps like playstore on that version..?
and how to update google chrome becoz some extensions are not being installed like Metamask..
please help...

I am sorry to say but your Chromebook is beyond automatic updates and was released before the Playstore became available.

Support for this device ended in 2018 and the browser is very very old. If this was a recent purchase and you have the ability to return it, you should return it.
