I have a Lenevo YogaPad 13 with w8 on it. I just downloaded the latest Chromium OS build from Hexxehhttp://chromeos.hexxeh.net/ and would like to duel boot it with w8.

I followed the instructions he gave on his website, and it still would not boot. I then edited my BIOS settings to allow for Legacy OS so that it could boot from the USB. I then got to the setup page for Chromium OS and it could not find my WiFi. And because it could not find my Wifi, I could not proceed to the next step.

So if anyone could tell me how to fix this problem it would be great! Also a side question, will duel booting wipe my hard drives clean? (Sorry, I am new to this).

Thanks.

probably chromium os doesn't include drivers for your wireless card. you could try to build it yourself and include the drivers although this involves some work and research. I see that your yogapad has a SSD harddrive so I dont know if is possible to dual boot with windows 8, since usually you need to install windows before a linux system, but afterwards when you install chromium os probably will try to claim the whole disk and will repartition it, erasing your windows.

Should I rather just do it with a virtual Machine then?
