In another topic I asked about whether it would be possible to build Tor into Chrome. I have a few more general feature requests and I was wondering if any of you would be kind enough to give me some sort of idea whether or not these would be viable?
  • Guest mode only build (force incognito on each boot)
    • Alternatively account creation with services other than Google, or from a self-hosted server
  • Native sync support for secure Google Drive alternatives (such as Mega)
  • Cutting all automated back-end calls to Google
  • Removing any unique browser ID's
  • Including verified boot (unless this is a Google only service)
  • Anything else which is more technical than my relatively limited understanding, but which would aid in providing an anonymous and secure experience for activists / journalists.

that is easy to do now.  edit the session launcher script and tell it to run chrome in incognito mode.

ask Mega to write one
  • Cutting all automated back-end calls to Google
you've got all the source ... you can make any changes you like
  • Removing any unique browser ID's
same here
  • Including verified boot (unless this is a Google only service)
you'd have to replace the signing keys with your own
