Google Play Store for Chromium OS

Hi,

Google I/O announced Google Play Store for Chromebook, which will let most android Apps run on ChromeOS. Is the Google Play Store code accessible in chromiumos? How to participate in it if I want to contribute?

Google said playstore will be available at ChromeOS 53 dev channel. So, probably around that version I think.

initially at least, it won't be available to Chromium OS
