Acer Spin 513 running 32bit Chrome OS

Why is the new Acer Spin 513 running a 32bit build of Chrome OS? The Snapdragon 7c inside it benchmarks pretty well, but the performance is absolutely terrible.

all arm systems, including that one, currently use 64-bit kernels with 32-bit userlands.  it will stay that way due to flash/nacl deps.

check back in like a year or so when we can drop those and start migrating to 64-bit userland.
