Hp Chromebook cant access SeaBios, Just emits two short beeps

So, I've been trying to download windows 10, and in the guide it says to access the seabios, and when I press control L in the developer screen, it just has two beeps.

Help would be much appreciated.

which HP Chromebook are you using exactly ?  go into the "About ChromeOS" page and post the settings here.

I couldn't find the "About ChromeOS" page, but I am using the Hp Chromebook 14

Fortunately, you have the newer HP Chromebook 14, unfortunately, it doesn't have the SeaBIOS features.
The older HP Chromebook 14 (Falco) had the Haswell Celeron cpu and came with SeaBIOS.
The newer HP Chromebook 14 (Blaze) has the Nvidia Tegra K1 ARM cpu and doesn't come with it.
