Not getting the correct Shutdown time of Chromebook on android app.

Hi,

I am trying to develop an app which keep track of Chromebook events such as Shutdown, Start Up, Screen on & Screen Off time.

I am able to get all the events time proper except Shutdown. 

Shutdown time getting captured but wrong. (e.g., I shutdown my Chromebook at 12:30 PM but I am getting shutdown time as 12:20 or 12:23) means some delay in shutdown time.

I am Using UsageEvents to capture the events.

Note: Given All the Required Permission to capture events on Chromebook. And App is properly working on android devices.
