Does anyone know if there are any plans to introduce WiDi support into Chromium?

I just picked up a Chromebook Pixel, mostly to try it out, and am absolutely in love with it and plan to keep it and replace all of my previous machines.
I've haven't seen anything anywhere, however, about WiDi support in either Linux or ChromeOS.  Considering it's supported in the Intel hardware on the Pixel, I assume a software update could turn on this feature.  I would love to use it.  If anyone knows how to perhaps get it running (even in Linux) that would be great.

Thanks!

Well, there is Miracast support in Android Jelly Bean 4.2, so I imagine it would be do-able on a Chromebook at some point. Not sure how close something like that might be to reality, but you got me to thinking about it.
