Hi, I tried to change chrome OS from my chromebook to a ubuntu or windows system, I follow all the steps mentioned in many post and youtube videos ex. https://www.davebennett.tech/replace-chrome-os-with-windows/ , but at the moment of booting from the usb it does not work, just show up a black screen that says shell.

if you've installed custom firmware, you should talk to the people you got the firmware from, or from the people whose guides you followed.  at this point, you're not running any software from this project.
