csv path on cros-updates-serving

https://cros-updates-serving.appspot.com/csv seems to be throwing HTTP
500s. Is the /csv path still supported? If it is, can some with access
have a look at it? In case it has been retired, then maybe "Download
CSV" link can be removed from the HTML page.

Also, the CrOS-OmahaProxy CSV Viewer ( https://cros-omahaproxy.appspot.com/ ) is throwing nothing but 500 errors too.
