Touch Flipped on Chrome OS

I was using Chrome OS Flex today, And I noticed that the touch screen was flipped and inverted. Example: To click the home button on the bottom left, I need to tap the top right.

How do I fix this?

This looks like a pretty common quirk some touchscreens have. What laptop are you using? Please can you file feedback (either by going to Help > Report an issue... in the Chrome menu or pressing Alt+Shift+i), and mention #flippedtouchscreen in the description? That should give us enough information to correct the issue in an upcoming release.
