America's Card Room software on Chromebook

Does most software work on the Chromebook?  Does America's Card Room work on a Chromebook?  What is the extension of a program download that installs on Chromebook?  .exe? .dmg? .apk?  Thanks

Chromebooks use web based applications and chrome extensions. Anything that you can find here will work:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/apps

You cannot install any traditional software applications on a chromebook, outside of what is available via the Chrome web store.
