Lenovo Yoga 300 with Chrome OS

Hi all, my brother is currently looking into a new laptop and would like chrome OS, and he's thinking the Lenovo Yoga 300, and ive suggested doing a fresh install of chrome OS to replace the current windows 10, however, im worried how itll affect the usability of the touch screen, anyone have any similar experience and/or any suggestions? I have a yoga Thinkpad 11e with touchpad. It works

fine, FWIW. It is a chromebook, running Chrome/OS.
