To build a simple chromium for CROS

Hi,

Recently, we are trying to build Chromium for CROS by following https://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/how-tos-and-troubleshooting/building-chromium-browser, which is very appealing as it provides a standalone chromeos-chromium.

However, when starting chrome-sdk, gsutil tells:

WARNING: GS_ERROR: AccessDeniedException: 403 Caller does not have storage.objects.list access to bucket chromeos-image-archive.

It turns out no access to Chrome OS image archive. Since we have access to images of Intel boards at https://www.google.com/chromeos/partner/fe/#release, is there any way for us to get access to this chromeos-image-archive? Or is there any other workarounds?

The only short term solution I can think of is to create a chromium os build somewhere and use 'cros chrome-sdk --chroot ${PATH_TO_CHROOT} --board=${BOARD}'.

Long term we might be able to have the builders put images for amd64-generic and arm-generic builds somewhere that is publicly available. 

Unfortunately we have a lot of technical debt right now related to how we build, test, and distribute chome for chromeos images right now, so I wound't count on getting this prioritized right away. The first step however would be to file a bug so that we can track the request. If you cc: stev...@chromium.org I will make sure it at least gets triaged correctly.
