Esc, refresh and PWR button not working

Whenever is press esc+refresh+power or refresh+power the current tab refreshes and the power button brings up the "shut down" menu. The previous page key has mysteriously seemed to stop working for some reason. Acer chromebook. Im trying to factory reset it. Help pls

And btw the esc key works. So does refresh. So does pwr.
