chromnium os + arc + containers = android apps?

Anyone have any documentation on arc and containers? I see a lot of arc commits in the chromiumn source. Does chromium and chrome os build off the same code? The only thing I can possibly see (haven't dug deeper into the code) is that arc is missing googles gapps (which of course is proprietary. I also saw that there's commits that only allow ceratin devices to use arc. Is it possible to build chrome os for eve? Just curious. :)

practically speaking, you cannot currently get a build of Chromium OS that supports Android apps (ARC++).  we've open sourced/released the CrOS runtime code, but not the actual Android container.

I have been trying to do this. After it is done I am starting it as Project Playbook for the public. Here is what I did so far.

Copied /etc/init/arc.xxx.conf

Copied /usr/sbin/arc-setup

And some other stuff
