Autotest：cellular test - cellular_ModemControl test failed

Hi 

I built a chromium os image of the 14774 version of the branch and installed it on the chrome book whose board is coral. I tried to  perform cellular_ModemControl autotest and it failed.

I found that it seems that in the version of 14092, cellular_ModemControl is disabled.

I wonder whether the cellular_ModemControl  autotest will fail in the version after branch 14092.Could you please tell me this?
