xrandr is an X11 tool.  we don't have X11 on CrOS.

Thanks Mike , I was seeing the below attachment because of which I posted this query , is there anyways I can run the below commands with timing parameters in Cros intead of xrandr? , I tried even with modetest, it doesn;t have much options for ex to specifiy these timing parameters -> " 63.50 1024 1072 1176 1328 768 771 775 798 -hsync +vsync " ?

1. Get the right settings:
cvt 1024 768

2. Add the right mode with the settings from above:
xrandr --newmode "1024x768_60.00" 63.50 1024 1072 1176 1328 768 771 775 798 -hsync +vsync

3. Acitivate the mode to port VGA1 (if it is the right port for your setting):
xrandr --addmode VGA1
"1024x768_60.00"
