How to access into the ROOT-A partition of Chrome OS Flex?

Chrome OS Flex doesn't offer console/shell feature, and the ROOT-A cannot be mounted (bcoz of rootfs verification?).

I appreciate it if u guys suggest any ideas.

You can't modify the root partition (you can mount it read-only if you ignore the extra bits used by dm-verity) until/unless you get into developer mode and disable the rootfs verification. To do that you can edit the Grub boot flags (partition 12 of your ChromeOS Flex USB or installed SSD) from a Linux live USB to add cros_debug to the kernel options to enable developer mode, then save the file, unmount the partition, and boot Chrome OS Flex again and you should be able to control alt f2 to get a VTY, or when logged in you can use Control Alt T and type  `shell` to access the underlying system.
