About recovery for u-boot

Hi guys,

If use u-boot as bootloader without coreboot and depthcharge,How does the device enter recovery mode?

How to verified boot?

Chromebooks use coreboot + depthcharge exclusively for nearly a decade. You might be better off asking on a mailing list by u-boot developers.
